Plumeria plant?


Question:Ive had it for a few years and it has never bloomed. I live outside Chicago. Is it hot enough here? What am I doing wrong?

i live outside of chicago also. try giving it food for floweringplants. that might work.. cause i have one and it blooms..miracle grow makes it.. i use it for all of my flowering plants.. good luck i live in south burbs...!
