There's a tiny red ladybug looking bug on my lemon balm.?

Question:I want an organic solution to this problem. I'm not sure what kind of bug this even is. Thanks so much for your help.

Answers:
That's funny, I saw probably the same thing on my chysanthemum this morning out in the garden. It was sitting on the very tip of the plant where the growing point it. I just flicked it off, but you got me thinking. Some of the other plants weren't looking so hot near the top.

Here's a link about the barn beetle (orange instead of red)

Hope this helps!

Okay, this is an update - went out an hour later and found that the stem, growing point and underside of leaves are infested with aphids! Type aphid control into google and you'll get some good info. I'm currently spraying a hard stream of water at my plants to get them off - don't know if this is related to the ladybug look a like I saw!

oh there are cute
Hmm... Interesting...
