How much should I pay someone to remove 1130 sq ft of grass?

Question:I have about 1100 sq ft of old dead St. Augustine grass in my front yard and want to remove it and reseed. What's a good price to remove the old grass and prep for new seed. I am keeping the old sprinklers.
