An algae eater. They're like $1 at walmart, maybe get two since they're babies. They grow to be just as big as the adult koi. And work great.
Depends on what your pond is for.

If you have fish and plants and intend to keep them, then you need to work at making the biologicals in balance.

You need a pump and filter to keep the water moving. You can also add enzymes that eat the algae. There are also other biologics you can add to the water that won't harm fish and plants or other wildlife that use your pond for water.

If it's just for show and you don't want any fish or plants then you can get chemicals that will take care of any algae problems.

Go to your local pet store and see what products they have available becuase most of them are getting on the backyard pond bandwagon and sell supplies now.

You might also be able to find help at a local nursery if they have a pond section.

Algea eaters might work for you, in the short run. But as they mature they get territorial and mean. We got rid of ours (indoor huge tank) because it was attacking the other fish for no reason.

Also, if you live in an area that the winters are cold and freezing, any fish you add need the proper care in the winter too and algae eaters probably wouldn't survive.
you need to air-ate the water. a sump pump shooting the water into the air and let it fall back into the pond will work. Then you need to get some sort of beneficial bacteria to start your eco-system. Is this a new pond that you just stocked with fish?. what started the algae? My pond is about 14 feet deep and is about 1/2 acer in surface area. and i air-ate it with a sump pump.
For a large pond, try barley straw. Just put the barley straw in a large mesh bag ( like the bags that you would get 50 lbs of onions in) and submerge it in your pond. It will keep the water clear and It's environmentally friendly.
