They have a special pepper spray that you can spray around the boundaries of your yard and in your plants that will repel rabbits. You can find this spray in the garden section of any Home improvement store such as Home Depot etc.
Try shaking some epsome salts on your plants it has worked for me with groundhogs and rabbits. Also doesn't seem harm the plants, I tried baking soda but it seemed to almost burn the plants. Good luck.
I am an vivid gardener. Even so I have not experienced rabbits in my garden. However, gathering information from gardening books, I came accross a method that would help you.

Take 4/x wood posts. Purchase a Birdnet in your local nursery. Put the wood posts arround your garden bed. They can be high enough so that you can walk through them.
Stake em out and than put the birdnet on top of it.
Nail the net against the wood posts. That should be helping against rabbits.
The answer your looking for is a spray called liquid fence. It is pricy but does the job.The trick is to remember to spray it after it rains. After a while they will leave your flowers alone.(Make sure your upwind when you spray it because it sure does stink!)
Lot of marigolds among the plants.
