Not sure what your question is but here's a link to a fact and information sheet on them.

hi
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/amaryllis... gives you all kind of info on them! (note the spelling... *smile*)
So the question is??????????...
Amaryllis is a plant that will bloom after dormant periods ALL year, even though most folks find them at the Garden Centers in the Winter near Thanksgiving and Christmas.

POT them up, let them mature and grow to flowering and them let them s l o w l e y go dormant again. At least for a couple of months after the last bloom flowered. Then, water the bulb and earth for 24 hours. Like sink it into a bucket of water to absorb the water. pull it out and LET THE SUN SHINE! When you see a couple of inches of new green fertilize with the water until the buds set, STOP the fertilizer and just water until the blooms past. Then let the plant go dormant and start again!
I am not sure what you wanted to know but they are sold around Thanksgiving in a kit (Bulb dirt and pot) at Walmart You can get them to rebloom the next year too
