To prune or not to prune... my lily?

Question:I have a Mount Duckling Garden Lily that has bloomed, and all the petals have fallen. Do I prune it? If so, how? Will it continue to flower through the summer if I prune it?

Answers:
If you cut it back to the ground it will not hurt it. You can keep it around if you like the look of the foliage, however, it has finished blooming. If you want a lilly with more blooming time look at getting a daylilly. Stella d' oro is a frequent blooming daylilly.

just wait , don't prune it yet give it about 4 weeks , then thin it dont hack it. A little here a little there
