I know I'm pretty much screwed till fall but what vatiety's will grow in this weather

I have seeds for;
Crimson Giant
Early scarlet globe

I know that they are cheap to buy in the store but I like anything homegrown the best.

Answers:
You should give the "rat tails" radish a try, I get mine from Gurneys but I've seen them in other catalogs. You don't eat the root because it never forms one. Instead you eat the seed pods, which look and have the crisp texture of a sugar snap pea. But get this, they taste like a hot radish! Really good in a stir fry. Very prolific and easy to grow. Radishes should grow most of the year. Try these-
French Breakfast, Long Scarlet, Red Devil,Stoplight, White Icicle.Most mature in 4 weeks. Good Luck!
