rubber mulch is recycled tires which is good for the environment! the dye info can be found at the web site provided! good luck
not sure what dye is used but i know it will stain concrete if it stays in contact with it, like my neighbors flower bed boarder the sidewalk and that edge where they meet the concrete is turning red.
