Red Lobelia? Thats what it looks like, what is it?

Question:I have seen a gorgeous red plant with leaves and the trailing habit similar to Lobelia. It isn't crimson or scarlet but a rust red colour and the flowers are about twice the size of a Lobelia (ie about 1.5 to 2 cm wide). Can anyone tell me what it is please because I want to have it in my garden!
