Have I missed the seed planting?

Question:Have I missed the time one can plant seeds for Brassicas and such like.I live in Oxfordshire UK

Answers:
You can but they would be either super late or they will just go to seed once the autumn comes in. Best leave it now til early next year and plant some under glass.

Well, if you've missed it then so have I. Brassicas are often fairly slow growing, and I think (hope) they'll catch up. I'm about to sow my purple sprouting broccoli. It's usually April to May so not that far off.
you still have time for some seeds, we are still planting a few now, check on the backs of packets. some need planting now and will not flower til following year. there are lots of shops who have reduced prices on seeds this time of the year. get some in ready for next year also. it's amazing that something so wonderful can come from such a minute seed.
You can still sow kohl rabi, and broccoli. Cabbages sown from March to June, and it is still June. So, go for it.
