Can I stain patio stones? I can only find grey ones but want them brown.?

Yes, if these are the concrete ones then you can buy a stain to coat them and color them brown. Our local Lowes store has different colored patio stones and paver stones. You can look them up online and see if they carry what you are looking for. You can also check with any local building supply store and if they do not carry it then I am sure that they would be able to order them for you. That would definitely be easier than trying to stain all those patio stone or pavers. Good Luck
