Somehow we have gotten bermuda grass in our lawn and I would like to get rid of it before it takes over.?

Question:Is there something that I can use to kill it that won't kill the rest of the lawn?

Answers:
First of all, good luck trying. We have it everywhere. When you try to pull it up by hand, there's always a piece left behind that will grow again. Roundup will kill it, but then it will kill everything else too. You could try the paintbrush method, where you "paint" the roundup on the culprit with a small paintbrush, to avoid getting it on desirable grasses. May not be a practical choice depending on how much of the hateful bermuda grass you have. If you have just a small amount, you are smart to get on it now.

scotts turf builder plus 2 weed control

I live by it. Works great. Apply once in the fall and once in the spring and you will have a lush, weed free, green lawn all year round.
