Question:Quick, i need to kill a flower arrangement, is there something i can put in the water?

Why? Well add any toxic chemicals or just don't add water. Salt could work too due to osmosis and hypertonic solutions (wilting)

I wonder how you got yourself into this mess. Anyways, if you want the quick fix, pee on them as much as you can. Your urine has an ingredient that kills the nutrients in the soil and the roots. Then, the plant will die within a few hours.
No water will do it.
Salt will work, but you won't be able to grow anything (even grass) there for a long time. Weed killer is a better idea.

sprinkle salt on the petal it well suck up all the moisture and dry out the flowers and you can add salt in the water.
