I have a garden Lily I bought from Oaks in TN, does anyone know..?


Question:what a Mauna Loa (Roberts) should look like. It has a beautiful bloom on it but it looks like it is growing on a corn stock. It even has a grass going out of the top. The stalk is about three feet high and half way down is the bloom almost hidden from the stalk. Is this how it is suppose to be? I cannot find anyone that knows the answer. Do some lilies grow that way. I would appreciate any helpful comments
