Greenfly i need help?


Question:i have flowers they are called tubiler somethings but the problem is i have greenfly right up the stems and they are eating away at my flowers ihave sprayed insect killer (levington) on them but the only thing that its killing is my flower petals. help please quickly (U.K)

I wonder if you are talking about Aphids? They are small green, sometimes black, insects which suck out the juice from flower stems. You can use simple dish soap & water solution, Neem Oil, and spray them until they fall out, or squish with you finger like I do. I do recommend you to wear your garden gloves, though. (Yuck!) Hope you can get rid of this pest.
