How do I kill a 'weed' tree (unwanted tree) when I can't get at the root system?

Question:

Answers:
Drill a small hole in the stump. Pour stump killer (available at any garden center) into the hole. This may need to be repeated; you'll know it's still alive if it starts sending out shoots.

Drive a couple copper nails in it, it will die quite surely.
If it's a small tree, spray Roundup on all of the leaves.
If it has a larger tree trunk, you can drill holes into it and pour bleach or weed killer into the holes.

(I would not recommend mixing anything with bleach as it could cause a hazardous chemical mixture.)
poor, oil, salt, ammonia,or bleach in or around plants or trees to kill. Warning this may result in not being able to grow things in that area for some time and their could be a fine involved if caught. or get out an axe.
One way to kill a tree is to "ring" it. That's simply cutting away a ring of bark all the way around the tree. Be aware that some trees come back off the roots and in that case you will need chemicals to fully kill the trees.
