Around how much does an Orchid plant cost?

Question:Like a pot or something? Any inexpensive places?

Answers:
Orchid prices have gone down a lot in the last few years.
You can find some nice orchids at Trader Joe's, from about
$10-15, I have 4 at my home that I have bought at various
times in the last 2 years and they have survived and have
rebloomed. I have also bought some nice ones in
pretty pots at Costco for under $20. I have seen some
at various garden centers, OSH had some for about $25.
So if any of these stores are in your area, check them out.

at my nursery-40 bucks.
at shopko-15.

but guess which plant is better quality.
What the other guys here siad about covers it. I've also seen them at super target. Phaleanopsis is called the "Moth Orchid" and though it doesn't have any fragrance it is easy to grow as long as you remember to water it about every day in the summer when you can put it outside if you have a spot that gets good sunlight but not direct full sun, and water it about every 2 or 3 days if you have it inside. Full and direct sun will burn the leaves of this one, but otherwise it needs as bright a light as you can find. You fetilize it about once a month, grow it in a mix based on chunks of wood like tree bark and re-pot it once a year in fresh mix. The slightest freezing tempatures will kill it. This kinds blooms reliably once or twice a year and the flowers last a very long time.
