How can i keep bugs out of my pool?
Question:I have a 30 foot round 4 foot deep above ground pool. How can I keep the spiders, bees and bugs out? I am tired of getting bit by these dang things. Does someone know of something that works? Thanks for your help.

If covering your pool doesn't work, you can try planting Pennyroyal around. It is a natural pest deterrent, but should not be taken internally as it is toxic in large quantities. So if you have kids, maybe you could do hanging baskets with it instead. It is in the mint family. There are also other herbs that are pretty and have repellant effects on flies and such.
Good luck!
You should get a net for skimming the pool and removing any live critters before you get it. It is not really possible to prevent them from entering the pool in the first place unless you spent a lot of money and had a mosquito net enclosure all the way around.
get u a bottle of "bug-b-gone" (i use the one u can attach to a hose) and spray everywhere around the pool right up to the rim of the pool walls, be careful not to get any in the pool which probably wouldn't cuz any damage but just the thought of swimming in the stuff is enough to avoid it! this will keep bugs at a safe distance! u can also spray ur house too like this! works really good!
eat them ^_^
