Help my zebra plant!?

Question:Ok I have 2 zebra plants. One is beautiful! The other well, it broke off about an inch from the dirt. I woke up one morning and it was just lying there! I have no cats to break it or anything.it was up when I went to bed and when I got up it was lying there. They are in pots right next to each other. Can anyone please help me? Will it grow back? There are no leaves or anything just an inch of stem.

Answers:
It will grow back, but it will take time. Don't overwater. unless it is putting on a ton of growth, no more than once a month.

Tell your husband thankyou for me.

I'm sorry to say that its unlikely that it will grow back. Zebra plants can take some light pruning occasionally, but with it breaking off so low, it will probably not make it.

You can, however propagate the broken plant. Remove all the bottom leaves from the plant and place it in a glass of water until it roots then plant the cutting.

Good luck.
