I have a three year old bradford pear tree. Leaves have brown edges and turn yellow. I need help.?

Some problems are really specific to certain areas and it may have something to do with a winter drought you may have had that we here on answers are not aware of.

maybe it needs water
Take a branch to your local garden center. They'll give you am immediate answer. NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE'S. They're not garden centers.
