How cut the grass? Please see pictures...?
Question:Hi:
I hope you understand my english. I have a question about grass. We have a big property and we cut the grass here with a lawn mower. But in the front of the house is an area that is difficult to cut because is like in a hill. Please see the picture. What can I buy for cut the grass in that area? the lawn mower can't go there... I want to buy some thing special for this area and give it to my husband in Father's day.

What a beautiful place! The best thing would be a weed-whacker. It is a handheld tool like a lawnmowere, but has a string cutter. You would probably need a gasoline powered one of good quality
i think a weed wacker will get the job done. just because it is not a weed it doesent mean u cant use a weed wacker. i had tall grass and a weed wacker worked it should work here.
I agree with face. I have a gardener that comes to do mines and there are two of them at a time cutting the grass on the hill. It looks very interesting and difficult at the same time. good luck.
a good weed eater or a push weed eater
instead of weed wacking it, why not look into planting some sort of ground cover plant on the bank. there are many pretty perennials that stay low to the ground and you dont have to go through the hard work of cutting the grass all summer long. it could also help reduce erosion.

I think the push mower would be better because it will give you an even cut. Cutting that much grass with a weed eater will not look good. It will be uneven.
