You split an oil pipe, Einstein.
You ran over a rock.
You ran over a rock...? and now you have an oil leak??
hmmm i wonder!?!?!??
u broke it
sounds to me as you may have cracked the casing at the bottom of the mower where the shaft is
It is broken, take it to a repair shop.
u might have bent the shaft that runs to the blade!! if this happened you can take it to any small engine shop they can fix it, this will be lots cheaper then geting a new mower unless ur mower is over 10 years old and then u best just go buy a new one!!
there is probably a fracture on the base of the mower. You may be able to seal it yourself if you have the kit otherwise for the cost of a new one i would just replace it!
You've got a hole in your lawnmower!
Depends on the type of mower. If it does not have an oil pan then you cracked the block open and then engine is done for unless it is somewhere it can be welded and is not pot or cast metal. If the mower is a push mower, you can use it till it quits and buy another. If it is a riding mower and is worth fixing, then fix it instead of getting another. Most places charge so much to fix them that you end up just junking it and getting another. Wasteful USA.
you must likely cracked the sump/pan bottom part of engine were oil is held
you must have broken the lid that is on the underside of the lawnmower for draing the oil out when you want to change the oil. tip it on it's side & have a look
If you're using a push mower, you most likely have bent your crankshaft which will cause oil to leak from the main seal on the bottom of your engine. Very common problem when you hit a rock or stump, etc. This is most likely not worth fixing unless you have an expensive, high quality mower. Your local lawn mower shop should be able to advise you better. Unless you're mechanically inclined, it would be best to take it to the shop. If you don't want to fix it, be sure to keep checking your oil level.
Sounds like a cracked sump, it crack can be welded if its a expensive mower and worth doing.
