How do I kill wild Rhubarb?

Question:I have large patches of wild Rhubarb growing on the very back edge of my yard which buts up to a field. Is there any way to kill it? Would normal weed killer work on the Rhubarb? If I pull it out by the roots will it still grow back? Idealy, I would like to kill it and permenately get rid of it, so any info all would help, thanks!

Answers:
to pick rhubarb, you just pull it & snap it out--it will grow back.
you will have to get a shovel & dig it up.
I had rhubarb in calgary---I picked it & sold it to a bakery for fresh pies:)

pull out!!
