Are there any poisons on the market that don’t kill possums but just make them faint or stun?

not that i know of. but if u call ur local animal shelter or pet society, pet police, etc. they should come out there and rescue the poor thing and nuture it until its ready to go back to its home. look in the yellowpages or go to www.yellowpages.com
Well I know a .22 Caliber round to the head WILL NOT kill OR stun them.
Actually, six rounds throughout the head and body will not kill them.

You can easily catch them in a box trap (live trap) with peanut butter or something strong smelling like that. We used to trap them and just take them outside of town to release.
