Landscape Architects!!!!!...
Question:landscape architects tell me about ur job. do u like what u do ,what exactly do u do, where do u work, what college did u go to, is the pay good. I am 17 years old and going to be a senior in high school i really want to be able to design golf courses because i love the game. Any advise would help thanks!

You'll meet great people, from all walk of life, labourers, gardeners, millionaire, develop your ideas, implement them, create something, make a good living, travel around the world, make the world a better more beautiful place, learn something new every day...the list is endless. Go for it. I'm loving any minutes of it since the last 20 years.
I'm just an architect, but our firm has landscape architects. I think you would find it rewarding. Kansas State University has an excellent architecture program that is consistantly ranked in the top 10 in the country. (Kansas isn't as bad as most people think.) The landscape architecture program does have golf course design as one of it's areas of focus. Give it a look.
