How do you stop a connifer tree from bleeding from cut lower branches.?

Question:

Answers:
Hi
You need to pick up a pruning paint. This stuff is like a tar consistency. After cutting off branches you paint it on the tree to prevent bleeding out of the sap. Can also be used on other trees. Great for fixing wounds on trees as well. Just follow the directions. Available at hardware and garden stores. Works great!!
Good Luck!!

u can't! it's a natural process when the tree is "wounded"...or in other words, a branch is damaged or cut off! it's just "healing" itself! it's fine!
