my grandfather planted his grape seeds and it took a few years but my family now gets grapes off of the vines..i took a cutting and planted at my house and this year i had a butt load of grapes but the bird have eaten all but 2..lol..

What can it hurt to put them in the ground for a year? Who knows, you might get a grape vine.

Grape growers take cuttings from good plants, I've never heard of anyone growing them from seeds, especially the seedless varieties.

If you have a bushel basket of seeds, crush them for the oil. If you have just a handfull, plant or put in the compost pile.
why not.. plant away. There is no way of knowing what you will get as the resulting seed will be a cross between the parents. You may have the next great wine grape.
It would be fun but it does take five years for grapes to grow
