Constant sinus headaches this year- anyone else? Allergies?
Question:I've had so many sinus headaches this summer I can't even tell you. I'm thinking its from the mulch that was laid around on house. I don't usally take daily medication but I'm thinking about starting. Any tips to surviving the summer?
Answers:
My husband gets them really bad in the spring especially this year. Between all the OTC medicines he takes he is trying to cut down on his caffine and drink more water. It seems to help him. He is really allergic to ragweed and that's whats killing him now. If you think you have an allergy have your doctor do a allergy test and then you know what you should avoid.

pollution. Pollution is terrible and now the whole word has people worrying about CO2. Don't we exhale CO2? Should we sanction people who excercise to pay more becasue they exhale more CO2? Air pollution and smog are the real threats, and that is what is causing your head aches. Stay inside and change your air filter. Also, watch the news and don't do activities outside on particularly bad days.
See your doctor now! You may end up with an infection.
Be careful!
High pollen count this year may be to blame.
