What a pain those hogs are. They are really hard to keep out. Barb wire fencing only works if the wire is really tight and close together. It also has to be pretty tall. I live in North Texas and they have become a tremendous problem to all sorts of crops. We have professional trappers that will come out and set traps on the perimeter of your property. they are pretty reasonable...I am not sure what they do with the wild hogs.maybe sell the meat?? Anyway, I think that is the only solution.

use the watermelons as bait
then set up your own sausage business
electric fence and open a barbecue business, that'll pay for the fence and makes you double money:)
Are you kidding? Any hunter would gladly remove them from your land. If you live in Oklahoma I will.
