How can I grow "talisay" tree?

Question:I have fruits of this local almond tree here in the Philippines. I want to know if it will be long to have them as trees?

Answers:
you can grow these seeds in plastic bags (polyethylene bags)first, once they are 8 - 12 inches tall seedlings you can transplant it making sure you remove the plastic bags. Talisay are fast growers in three to five years they can be 10 feet or more, make sure to trim the top so that it won't grow too tall and at the same time it "widens" it's foliage which in turn has a wider shade, a word of caution talisay trees are favorite habitat for itchy caterpillars or "basil" ,"tilas" "higad"
