It could be too much light. African violets thrive in all kinds of light, but won't bloom in bright sunlight. Try a Northern window or move them further away from the windows you do have.
feed it AFRICA VIOLET food & keep in the NORTH window & water from bttm up...
It will bloom... then when the flwrs bloom, & start to die, pick off the dead ones. Give it a chance & put it near the NORTH window.
Mine did great til i went on vacation & my neighbor over water it.
Water from the bottom and feed it regularly.
I don't know about the North window - I was told they like the East and my haven't stopped blooming for 3 years. (It also sent out shoots which I have divided and given away)
the pot may be too big. sometimes plants like to be root bound to bloom. also if you keep it inside it might not be getting the right number of hours of light since sometimes plants use the amount of light theyre getting to judge the time of year so they know when to bloom. i dont know that much about african violets though so my advice may be wrong
I agree with Aj.
