Anyone ever use plastic cover to grow grass in patches?


Question:In Western Pa adding seed, top soil, and peat moss to patches that did not grow. Landscaper put my back lawn in and the weather, poor dirt, poor seeding left me with large patches to fix.

Answers:
yeh I did this & pegged the plastic down with bent wire, the seed came through quick & was protected from birds.


sounds like a good idea i might try it my self hope you find out
