Identifying a plant?


Question:i recently bought a plant in the succulent section of the nursery. it didnt have a name but it looks kind of like a succulent bamboo. their are three shoots each about a foot tall. the stalks are thinner and softer than bamboo and a dark green color. the leaves are oval shaped and colored green with a white border. some of the plants at the nursery were about two feet tall with probably fifteen stalks. also one plant at the nursery had a long stem that came out from the center with a flower at the end. please help.
