What's wrong with my roses?

Question:I have 3 climbing roses in my garden. Whenever they bloom the flowers only last about 3 or 4 days before the petals drop off. They are 1 year old and have reached a height of about 6 feet. All other plants in the garden are doing fine so I don't think it's bad soil.
Any ideas?

Try applying a good mixture of 2 seperate fertilizers. One is called Bonemeal, the other Bloodmeal. Both can be found at your local supplier. Also a healthy dose of a fertilizer with a high first number (like 10-10-10 as an example of the numbers) will provide the roses with better blooms. Good Luck hope this helps
have you tried feeding them some bonemeal
I also have a rose garden and some very tall ones at that. From my experience, rose are beautiful but rarely last more than a few days, especially the open bloom type with few petals. I dead head the roses every day, at this time of year and it does seem to encourage a more abundant supply.
Liquid Tomato feed.cheap and effective.
It is common in some variety of roses for the flower only to last a few days. It also depends on the weather conditions, heavy rain seems to make the petals fall off.
