Bugs are still eating my plants..HELP...?

I tried some 3-1 spray..Any ideas?

Try Diatomaceous earth, it looks like a powder to you and I, but to bugs, it's like throwing bug sized peices of glass on everthing. It cuts the bugs who try to crawl over it. Self teaching lesson, no? You can make a border around the base of the plants, or around the whole garden. Keeps fleas out of the yard, as well.
Do you know what kind of bugs? I had a similar problem with snails eating my ornamentals. I used a product called Gard en Safe: Snail & Slug Bait.
Slugs and snails feast at night and early morning, so I never saw anything eating my plants. I just saw that something had been eating them. After using this stuff, my plants are now healthy again.
Not sure if you have this same problem...or if it's another type of bug, but what you an also do is take one of the eaten leaves to a nursery or ask some one at Home Depot if they can tell what kind of bug is eating your plants. They can usually tell by the pattern.
