Moonflower plant and trumpet vine???

Question:i planted moonflower and trumpet vine last summer well the moonflower grew clear up the trellis and had buds that were getting ready to bloom but then it got cold so it never did bloom and now its still brown and for the trumpet vine i had took a start from somewhere and brought it home planted it and it was doing good also growing well but its still brown so my question is when will they start turning green again or should they have turned green already??

Answers:
My mother has grown the moon flower and the trumpet vine.
The moon flower from a pack of seeds so you'll probably have to replant this. The trumpet vine I also have trouble with but not from turning brown mine is pretty and green but does not bloom, mothers blooms and is crawling along the top of woven wire fence. Nothing special is done to either plant but the frost will kill the moon flower.

you would think they would have come back by now but the late freeze we all received it may have killed them
