What to use on Japanese beetles?

Question:Can someone tell me, what to use on Japanese beetles? They are destroying my flowers.I bought a trap, but scared to use it because I read where they can attract more. I've been putting them in a cup of sudsy water. It works, but that's not how I want to spend my day. Please help!!

Answers:
I have heard the arguments also about how the traps actually attracted more beetles.

There are insecticides that will work. Chemicals are the quickest and easiest way, but many people don't like to use them.

Here are a couple of links, the first one is the organic way, the second gives a few more options.

Good luck!

Use American A bombs
the only way is the trap which resembles a lattern from home depot very effective nothing else works
