Some things come right out of it, but my roses look dead.. No green or anything. Just a brown stick, sticking out of the ground. Are they DEAD??? should I pull them up and toss them out or should I leave them until next year.. I am Just so very disappointed. Any Help would be greatly Appricated.....

Had the same problem( I'm in Missouri). The roses came out of it, part of it froze and I had to prune it back but for the most part it is ok.
I know that as of today all the rose bushes have flowers on them.

Prune it back and wait until next year for the verdict. Plants that seem to die off can come back the following season...not always, but it is possible.
Since roses come back from a union under ground, I would wait until next year. You may have roses grow that are the expected rose or they may grow back from the roots. In that case, the rose will most likely be a dark red simple petal rose. If the rose grows from the root or doesn't grow at all, you will want to replace it. If the roses have been in for a couple of years, the cold weather may have just shocked it and caused it to lose its leaves and not grow properly. Wait until next year to see what the results are.
To check for live canes scratch the bark. Live bark is greenish with a bright green layer beneath it. Or cut a cane. Inside you should see a light green band just under the bark and around a white center. If you do not find any living tissue then I am sorry but the roses are dead.
I, too, even in zone 7 had some die back though I lost none many came out with blind shoots this year. It is a sad year for rose growers everywhere.
There are some wonderful cold hardy plants available now.

Wait. Can take up to a month to come back. Many a plant has been killed by yanking it out because it's dead ;D
well, i don't think they are dead but i may be mistaken. i would put some miracle grow on them water them and wate. if they don't return to normal then don't pull them up just Waite till next year and if it happens again next year seek help from a landscaping nursery or somewhere like that.
