Lowe's has stuff called Spectraside Bug Killer, you can either buy it in a pump bottle or concentrated and you have to mix it with water. It works well and will last about a month or so. Just mix it and spray the bushes trees and around your foundation just be careful not to get it on you or in your eyes.

I suspect it is web worms, just spray once a week for about a month.
If your just worried about them coming into your home try mixing half water and half Avon Skin So Soft Oil in a spray bottle and spray around your windows/doors/porch or anywhere you want them to stay away from. It will leave a bit of a residure that they won't cross. It also works against ant, I put it around my dogs dish and the ants will not get into her food. You need to redo it every once in a while. Spiders are generally good for your garden, they help rid us of other pest which may eat on your plants.
Spray the trees with just dish soap and water. It will not hurt your trees . I use it on my Japanese maples.
