RHINO brush hog se4 mower.?

Question:What do they mean in owners manual when they say 540 recommended rpm?? If you are in high grass can u raise it to a higher RPM or will it damage it??

540 is normal operating range. yes ,no. it would not allow damage from high rev. by the governor
