Several Of my mums are in bloom is this normal for this season?

Question:I live in South Carolina, it has been fairly warm around the 80's. Could it be that I water them every other day and use fertilizer (when recommended)

Answers:
mum will come out this time of year. I like mine to bloom in the fall. I pinch mine back until July and then let them go. that way they will bloom in Sept/Oct

I live next door to you and with the weather we've been having in the south who knows. I have plants blooming that shouldn't and ones that should be aren't. With the drought we are having be glad that anything is blooming!
