Honey Crisp and Cortland Apple trees, will they cross pollinate?

Question:I have a Honey Crisp Apple tree that I got as a gift from my in-laws two years ago. So far I have not gotten any blooms at all. I was told there may not be other apple trees to pollinate. So my wife just bought me a Cortland Apple tree. Will they pollinate each other?

Answers:
yes, they will, but it might take awhile to bloom
