Where can I get a compost tumbler in Hong Kong?

Question:I am very interested in making compost. I have seen all the websites etc. I want to get a tumbler as it is contained but cannot find a website that ships internationally. Any ideas? or does anyone know how to make a tumbler at home?

The new B&Q at Megabox will probably have them. If not, there are many garden centres in the northern New Territories.
