How can I get rid of a tree that is taking over my yard?
Question:It drops berries that rot and stain my concrete. I can't cut it down because it is tangled in the phone lines. Any suggestions as to how I can kill the leaves and berries?

they would know or be responsible for the carefully removing the limbs from around the wires

Ask around to see if any of your friends have experience with cutting down trees. It definitely requires past experience. If not then call a service to remove it. It will be cheaper to have a friend to it. Also, after the tree is cut down you will need to rent a stump grinder to remove the stump and any large roots.
