How do sweet potatoes grow from my garden plant?


Question:I have a two foot vine from plant after one month. Do the potatoes grow from nodes on the vine?

Answers:
If it is sweet potato Ivy then no. To get a potato you have to plant a piece of potato with eyes. The vine that you get at nurseries are just vines. These vines grow very fast.
