Too hot for flowers?


Question:I planted some flowers this summer and they are already dying out. The place that I have them is in full sun and they get enough water, but they are dying. Any suggestions as to what I can plant that will handle the full sun in a hanging basket?

Answers:
Petunias, flowering moss, depending on where you live, you may have several problems..go to your local agency on plants that are native to your area...


Maybe, too much water, Thats the problem I had.

~Portulaca-likes complete sun, hot weather, opens and closes during day, comes in several different colors, dont attract bees
~Periwinkle-dont plant near sprinkler or b4 june
~merigold-isnt that pretty, cant be planted b4 august or u'll get spiders
~Lantana-blooms pretily
