I have to park my vehicle under a tree. How do I keep the birds from using it for a statue?

You can't - get a cover. It will protect it from sap as well.
(Unless you want to chop down the tree!)

put a scarecrow thing next to the tree...or you could just put a cover thing over your cr,..if it bothers you
i think the only thing that you could do is put a cover over it. it mightt look a little silly but at least you will not get bird poopies on it.
