Actually your city in which you live, should have professional tree cuters. You could call your city building and ask them. They will than come out to take care of that for you. It's a service that is paid by your taxes. I live here in Utah, all I need to do is call them and make arrangements for some one to be at home. Perhaps they offer that same service in your area.
