Does PatchPerfect grass seed really work?

Question:I saw this infomercial on patchperfect grass seed. Did anyone every use it and does it really grow fast? Or do you need a ton to put down and spend a lot of money?

I use Scott's PatchMaster lawn repair mix for sun and shade. A five pound bag covers about 100 square feet. It costs about $6 for the bag. You have to water it every day and daily for a week or two after the grass appears. Do not use any other chemicals: lawn fertilizer or weed killer on the patch. They will burn out the grass. It works very well for me but it takes time, maybe two weeks for the grass to appear. I got mine at Home Depot.
